OEC approach as compared to a standard manual are:
The Manual is drafted on site
using OEC developed and copyrighted templates. Site forms,
documents, photos and information are incorporated into the
templates to develop the company/site specific manual.
Once completed, the
company/site owns the copyright to their tailored manual. All
developed materials are provided electronically to allow the site to
update materials.
In addition to the manual, a
PowerPoint presentation is developed to match the manual text. All
materials incorporated in the manual are also incorporated into the
presentation slides.
OEC can conduct
Train-the-Trainer training or directly train plant operators and
other personnel as part of providing turn-key services.
